Forget about what you know, or think you know about a seafood tower. Executive Chef Scott Drinkwater and the culinary team behind our tantalising menu options are defying the ordinary and creating extraordinary with what is this season’s most sumptuous Seafood Tower for Two.

Arranged across a three-tier tower, this dish is set to define your seafood experience, scaling to new heights with market-fresh produce and seasonal selections. Made to be shared, we thought we would ask a selection of our chefs what it is they love about seafood and what is the perfect accompaniment to their Seafood Tower to create a dreamy experience for two.
