DYRSL Out of Scope Application Form.

Out of Scope assistance is generally intended for smaller one-off requests for in-kind (non-cash) support for room hire or raffle prize assistance for not-for-profit organisations or individuals.

If you are seeking cash funding approval will be at the Board and management’s discretion. For projects above $1,000, you will need to apply during the annual Community Support Program.

To be eligible to apply, you must be a not-for-profit organisation, be auspiced by a not-for-profit organisation or the project must be benefitting a not-for-profit organisation or individual.

Applications will be received by Dee Why RSL Community Support and assessed in a timely manner. All applicants will be contacted about the outcome of their application. All decisions will be final.

Room Hire Assistance
Intended to support local beneficiaries/non-profit organisations, for one-off room hire requests. If you require recurring (i.e. 12 months' worth of) room hire assistance - you will need to apply during the annual ClubGRANTs application period, which is open in Feb-Mar each year (please refer to ClubGRANTs Guidelines for eligibility)

This information is required to assess your application for grant funding from Dee Why RSL Club Ltd and to communicate with you about this application and any resulting funding. - •Acknowledges that if successful with a cash or in-kind valued at $500 or more, a Standard Funding Report (Acquittal) will be required to be completed and submitted to Dee Why RSL within the advised timeframe, to comply with ClubGRANTs Guidelines. The Report will be provided to you if applicable.
