Crafted by Archie Rose Distillery to our precise specifications, this tailored dry gin uses over fourteen traditional and native botanicals, each uniquely infused and individually distilled.

Pronounced Botanicals: Orange peel – Strawberry gum – Orris root

The orange peel provides a really prominent citrus flavour and the orris root sweetens the whole fruit profile. The strawberry gum offers a good mid palate floral element as well as some mouthfeel.
