- I hereby renew my membership of Dee Why RSL Club Limited. I agree to be bound by the Clubs constitution and any rules or by-laws of the Club. Should any of the particulars stated below change, I agree to notify the Club within seven (7) days in writing. If my membership card is lost or stolen, I will notify the Club immediately and agree to reimburse the Club for the cost of a replacement card.
