“I love working at DYRSL because I have a passion for cooking and I really appreciate making people happy with the food I serve.” That passion shows in every dish he plates, every team he leads and every smile he earns.
When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him cooking with his kids, out on the waves, or reeling in a catch. And his go-to meal on a day off? “The burgers at Battery House.” Great choice, Gus!
