Courtyard and Flame

Boden Projects were awarded the contract to fit out our new sun-lit Courtyard and Flame Restaurant, all of which are on-track to open later this year.

Boden established their site office on Monday 8 February 2021 above Dee Why Kindergarten and since then, have completed a number of milestones in order to commence the fit out of these areas. This includes:

-Walkway construction over loading dock roof
-Establishment of southern façade, essential materials hoist and key finishes
-Wall and ceiling set-out
-Subcontractor arrangements to cover hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, partitioning and joinery
-Commencement of duct, FCU and HVAC plumbing installation

Porte-cochere

With the porte-cochere open and operational, timber totems were installed in the turning circle.
