Over the past decade, Josh Jones has become a familiar face around DYRSL. As Events Sales Executive, Josh enjoys helping our members and guests create lasting memories as part of the Events team.
Whether he’s working on the next big function or swapping stories with regulars – Josh’s enthusiasm, sense of humour and genuine care for people makes every day at DYRSL a little brighter.

What do you enjoy about working at the RSL?
DYRSL is a fun, diverse place with the most wonderful people to work with. Working here has been the most enriching 10 years of my life.
What is something exciting happening in your life right now?
I am currently making my plans for a trip to Europe next year as well as moving house.
Describe ‘a day in the life’ working at DYRSL in your current position.
No day is ever the same working in Events, it’s always exciting and diverse. I have the privilege to help plan memorable experiences for people and welcome back our repeat clients.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
Spain, I have a love for the culture there, the people are wonderful, the cities are beautiful and I have a distant Spanish background.
How would your friends describe you?
Loyal, caring, giving and fun-loving

I’m an uber driver on the weekends.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
I love spending time with my friends, travelling, reading and getting outdoors
