BackCongratulations on 50 years Omer!
On Monday, 1 December 1975, a friendly and energetic Omer Reskov began his journey with DYRSL. If you’ve visited us at any time since, chances are you’ve met Omer. A unique and kind character, Omer has dedicated half a century to lighting up the Gaming Room with his quick wit and a genuine love for people.

What do you enjoy about working at the RSL?
Working with people – team members and patrons.
What is something exciting happening in your life right now?
I’m counting down to retirement!

The great celebration for Maz and my 50th anniversary and receiving a brand-new MG car!

Hawaii, to relax.

An octopus has three hearts and blue blood!
How would your friends describe you?
Always joking. Never serious.

I have a taxidermized cat & dog – my previous beloved pets!
What is your go-to meal here?
Prosciutto pizza from Courtyard.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
Gardening and walking my dog Benji twice daily.
What are some of your personal goals this year?
Re-arrange my garden.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grow up?
A waiter.
If you were to give your younger self some advice, what would it be?
Work less and enjoy life!
What do you love doing the most in your work?
I love liaising & serving customers, getting to have a joke and laugh with them.
Who is your hero?
My puppy Benji.
Do you collect anything / have any strange hobbies?
I collect pot plants, as my garden has no more room!
